Site Selection and Design
I can help you evaluate suitable sites for your needs and design a preliminary site plan to review feasibility.
Architectural Design
The key for a successful build is to design the right project. This involves a considered conversation with the Clients to determine the project priorities, preliminary budget and timeline.
This information gets translated into a 3D model that contains the various floor plans, elevations and 3D views. This model will get developed into a bid version followed by a permit and construction version.
When the dust has settled, an "as-built" set of drawings can be produced to document any changes that occurred along the way.
Construction Administration as Owner's Representative
I stay with your the project during the build to ensure that the builder has the support needed to complete the project as we have designed it for the Construction Administration phase.
This phase includes periodic site visits at key points in the build.
Phone support for the general contractor is always available. Additional site visits are available if a Face-time or Zoom call won't resolve an issue.
